We seek to improve regional weather, and control global warming by fomenting world wide regional legislative actions.

Geo-engineering is a risky, costly mission. Yet by 2090 it will most likely be achieved as the synergy of numerous regional projects.  These projects will range from heavy infrastructure investments to quasi religious group advocacy.

That culture is bio-recharge.  Bio-recharge is the generation of productive clouds, via industrialized evaporation, and promoting a healthy deep groundwater ecosystem.

We seek to assist in the development of this water-cycle management culture, to dwarf prior cultural environmental campaigns like recycling or water conservation.

Our mission is to create and support a popular culture based upon the universal application of bio-recharge techniques to create productive clouds, fertile soils, and a healthy deep groundwater ecosystem.

Although, bio-recharge is no panacea, it is a series of gradual changes in the atmosphere, accomplished by nudging nature to conform to our needs, region by region.  Successful water cycle recharge and management requires all hands, government, industry, science, art, commerce and individuals.  Our mission will be to proselytize the merits and ambitions goals of a bio-recharge, personal, legislative, and organizational culture.  We will be to bio-recharge as St. Paul was to Jesus of Nazareth.

Let us point out here that some may be uncomfortable with the sprinkle of religious references in our work, yet we understand that there are many hidden forces, or "invisible hands", that drive peoples decisions.  To that end we will focus on effective communication with religious, environmental, legislative, artistic and cultural communities.  We are anxious to work with any, and all, stakeholders.

We seek to provide research, information collection, statistical analysis, and philosophical views that will promote the science of bio-recharge.  Due to the scale and complexity of regional and international climate, there are few experimental approaches that we have yet discovered, that can be performed out of the lab environment.  Consequently the data management and philosophical methods described above will be our primary means of advancing the cause and science of bio-recharge.

To service the research goals of bio-recharge, we will endeavor to collect funds that can then be distributed to various universities and other capable research centers, which will foment further convincing and conclusive research based upon laboratory and computer modeling of bio-recharge techniques and results.
