Objectives

We seek to develop and distribute white-papers, articles, social networking comments,  and peer-reviewed documents advocating and explaining bio-recharge techniques.  We will also undertake the project to inform and influence local, regional and federal legislators to study and implement bio-recharge techniques.geo-engineering experts since 2002, Asilomar International Conference on Climate Intervention , Solar radiation management, geoengineers, Marine Cloud Brightening, ocean acidification, stratospheric sulfate aerosols, Carbon dioxide removal, Greenhouse gas remediation and Carbon sequestration, climate change, runaway global warming, Paleocene–Eocene Thermal Maximum, UNFCCC, Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC), Arctic geoengineering, Carbon negative fuel, Convention on Biological Diversity, Earth systems engineering and management,

We will personally lobby, and provide technical support to,  important legislators, such as committee chairmen and policy experts, on the merits of bio-recharge projects.

We will also generate friend of the court opinions, promoting bio-recharge and opposing unnecessary infrastructure projects  in public consultations such as planning boards, and project certification boards.

Bio-recharge is a new scientific discipline and needs many smart people to help it develop.  The tasks are to figure out the best techniques, to analyze historical data, to enhance monitoring techniques, and to point out side-effects and to develop best practices for the application of bio-recharge schemes.  Consequently we will sponsor academic research projects, and participate in joint projects, with expertise, vision, and resources.
