Everybody complains about the weather, but nobody does anything about it!

Everybody complains about the weather, but nobody does anything about it

Charles Dudley Warner (September 12, 1829 – October 20, 1900)

Macro-Level Environmental Management Services & Solutions:

"Everybody complains about the weather, but nobody does anything about it!"  This historic punch line is no longer true!  The engineers at the INdRA project have designed a series of consultancies which can effectively modify local or regional weather in the lower levels of the atmosphere.  Drought, excessive atmospheric heat, desertification, flooding are the challenges addressed by INdRA  environmental consultancies.  These consultancies will begin to erode the insurance concept of acts of God!

We are scientists, engineers, lawyers and managers dedicated to the implementation of good science and sound policies that will make a difference in your local or regional weather and climate.  No magic, no rain dances, no mass rallies, and only as much religion as your community desires.

The INdRA consultancies are unique in design and macro in scope.  Many fine environmental engineers are working around the world to solve hydrological, pollution, and energy adaptation challenges on a micro-scale.

Powerful conservative U.S. senator Jim Inhofe recently said "Climate change is real...The hoax is that there are some people who are so arrogant to think that they are so powerful, they can change climate.".

We agree with senator Inhofe with the caveat that while we can't change the climate, we can change local and regional weather, and regional weather comprises the climate.

Adaptation is only a minor goal for an INdRA  team.  We strive to make the fundamental macro level changes of sufficient scale to return balance to the natural environment and anthropogenic needs. To achieve these ends many of the techniques of micro-level adaptation are employed side by side with advanced technologies and long term objectives.

geo-engineering experts since 2002, Asilomar International Conference on Climate Intervention , Solar radiation management, geoengineers, Marine Cloud Brightening, ocean acidification, stratospheric sulfate aerosols, Carbon dioxide removal, Greenhouse gas remediation and Carbon sequestration, climate change, runaway global warming, Paleocene–Eocene Thermal Maximum, UNFCCC, Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC), Arctic geoengineering, Carbon negative fuel, Convention on Biological Diversity, Earth systems engineering and management, INdRA methodologies involve detailed longitudinal analysis (6 -18 months), employing a full range of mechanical and statistical means.   We employ government source data from hundreds of agencies, combined with primary data retrieval by drones, helicopters and fixed wing aircraft.  We also employ the latest ground based systems, in many cases working with local universities under grant or contract.

INdRA solutions are developed with the input of local stakeholders, validated by world class techniques, and implemented  through legislators and community dialogue.

We will send in a team of senior and PhD level professionals to develop each stage of an implementation plan.  All actions are taken legally and under local or regional authority.

The solutions an INdRA team might suggest may range from the easy measures like  local ordinances about residential and commercial lawns or zoning laws.  To more stronger structural measures like agricultural guidelines such as crop rotation, parking lot and roadway construction guides.  To heroic measures such as  ground based humidity and cloud management.

Yet, in all cases we strive to offer cost effective 50-100 year solutions, which can be implemented by current elected and appointed officials.
