Factory Compressed Air: Pneumatics

As employees and vendors move about the parking area of the company, tremendous amounts of energy are wasted as road stress, tire wear, and waste heat.

The strategic installation of GSE S-BC and S-CC units on or into the surface of the roadway can satisfy most if not all of the compressed air requirements of the factory.

The GSE units will require limited facilities modifications, for piping, and controls.  The output of the GSE systems can be tied directly into existing compressed air storage systems.  Savings are estimated up to 8 MWh for a 3 shift plant running a 300 Hp compressor.

The GSE air compressor units can be matched with our speed sponge technology to supply increased facility and employee safety as well as reduced energy costs, and reduced reliance on grid or fuel resources.

GSE units are constructed from recycled tires, and generate zero greenhouse gases, and can be a key component of reducing your plants carbon footprint.

The payback periods can be as short as 1-2 years, while the life of the systems is 8-16 years.

GSE units are considered as energy efficiency systems, and therefore qualify for many  efficiency or productivity rebate programs  from grid suppliers.
